Ever-green— wintergreen— green as a mint,
Who but the sovereign King of Spring?
At times, in dreams, he appears to me,
Tempted to pour me his divine free will.
The flamboyant king embraces me in dreams,

Full speed, galloping his steel horse,
Knight in shining armor who awoke my soul.
Unshrinking majesty says what he thinks,
And loudly do his thoughts speak.
Aware is my king, who loves pink.

Ever-green, never dim, misty flamboyant as a mint,
To your colors I have become addicted,
And I’m rooting for you, my king.
